Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the game Kerslide (on iOS, iPadOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Steam and the web) handles information. Kerslide is published by Guan Chung Chen (Taiwan) ("we"). Contact: support@kerslide.com.

The short version

• You don't need an account. We don't ask for your name, email, contacts or location.
• Your progress (scores, statistics, settings) is stored on your device. We don't receive it.
• Mobile and web-portal versions may show ads. Ad partners may collect device information as described below. You can say no to personalized ads.
• We don't sell your personal information.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your settings, statistics, achievements, the game in progress and whether you bought "Remove Ads". This stays on your device (and, on Steam, in your Steam Cloud if you enable it). Deleting the game or its data removes it.

Advertising (mobile and web portals)

The free mobile versions may show ads provided by Google AdMob. The browser version, when played on a game portal such as CrazyGames or Poki, shows ads provided by that portal. These partners may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Their use is governed by their own policies: Google, CrazyGames, Poki.

Where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), you are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later. On iOS, the game only accesses the advertising identifier if you allow it in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. The Steam and desktop versions contain no ads.

Purchases

The optional "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation that the purchase was made so the game can remove ads.

Technical information

The game is built with the Unity engine, which may send anonymous technical information about the device (such as device model, operating system and hardware capabilities) to Unity Technologies. App stores and Steam may provide us with anonymous crash reports and aggregate statistics. We don't use a separate analytics service.

Children

Kerslide is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help.

Your choices and rights

Because we don't hold personal information about you, most requests can be handled on your device: uninstalling the game removes its data, and your device's privacy settings control advertising identifiers. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have rights to access, delete or object to processing of personal data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted ads. For data held by ad partners, use the choices above or contact them. You can always contact us at the email above.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will ask for your consent again where required.
