Delete your data

Kerslide is made by Guan Chung Chen. You don't need an account to play, and we don't keep a profile about you. This page explains how to delete everything connected to the game.

1. Game data on your device

Your progress, scores, statistics, achievements and settings are stored only on your device.

• Android: Settings → Apps → Kerslide → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game.
• iPhone / iPad: uninstall the game (press and hold the icon → Remove App → Delete App).
• Browser: clear site data for the website where you play (for example kerslide.com).

This deletes all game data immediately. A "Remove Ads" purchase stays linked to your Google or Apple account and can be restored later with Restore purchases.

2. Advertising data

Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID. To delete or reset it:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).
• iPhone / iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track".

You can also change your ad choices in the game: Settings → Privacy choices (where available). Data held by Google is covered by Google's privacy policy.

3. Emails and feedback you sent us

If you emailed us or used the feedback form, email support@kerslide.com with the subject "Kerslide data deletion request" from the address you wrote from. We delete your messages and email address within 30 days and confirm by reply. We keep nothing else about you.
